What is Luvi AI?
Luvi AI is an AI companion app. You meet fictional characters with realistic or illustrated portraits, text with them, receive photos, listen to their replies in their own voice, and they remember your story from one conversation to the next. It runs in the browser, with nothing to install.
Is Luvi AI free?
It is free to start: every new account gets two free replies. After that, replies, photos and voice run on credits, which come with a monthly or yearly membership or with credit packs. A reply costs one credit, a voice playback two and a photo ten.
Are the characters real people?
No. Every Luvi character is fictional and AI-generated, with an original portrait. Nothing a character says is a statement of fact or a message from a real person.
Can a Luvi character send photos and voice messages?
Yes. Characters send photos of their own accord when the conversation calls for one, you can capture any moment as a picture, and every message has a Listen control that plays the reply in the character’s voice.
Does a Luvi character remember what I say?
Yes. Each conversation keeps memories you can edit, everything older than the recent messages is folded into a recap the character carries with them, and a character can write to you when a conversation has gone quiet.
Can I create my own AI character?
Yes. Give them a name, an age, a style, a personality and a first meeting, generate a portrait or choose one, and decide whether they stay private or are shared with every member. You can also create a persona of your own, with photos and a voice.
Is Luvi AI an AI girlfriend app?
Luvi has women and men among its characters and lets you create your own, so it can be an AI girlfriend, an AI boyfriend or simply someone to talk to. The story is yours to write.
Who can use Luvi AI?
Luvi is for adults only. You must be 18 or older, and every character is a consenting fictional adult.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Luvi AI works in any modern browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer. You sign in with a code sent to your email; there is no password to remember.
Are my conversations private?
Chats and photos are private to your account. The text needed to write a reply or a picture is processed by the AI provider and is never shown to other members.
