Who can use Luvi

You must be 18 or older. Luvi is an adult service and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. We may close an account at any time if we believe this is not met.

What Luvi is

Luvi generates fictional characters, conversations, images and voices using AI. Every character is invented. Nothing a character says is a statement of fact, advice, or a message from a real person. AI output can be wrong, and you should not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

Your account and your content

You are responsible for what you send to Luvi and for keeping access to your account secure. You keep whatever rights you already hold in the material you upload. You give us permission to process it in order to run the service for you.

You may not use Luvi to depict minors, to sexualize a real identifiable person, to depict non-consensual acts, or to create material that is illegal where you are. You may not upload a photograph of someone else as a reference without their permission. Breaking these rules ends your access without refund of credits already spent.

Credits and payment

Paid features run on credits. A reply costs 1 credit, an image 10, and a voice playback 2; a reply delivered as several messages is charged once. New accounts get 2 free replies. Prices and credit costs can change, and changes apply to purchases made after they take effect.

Membership credits are granted for each paid month and expire at the end of that month. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Free trial

A membership can start with a free trial of 24 hours, once per account. It gives you 25 credits to use during those 24 hours; whatever is left of them expires when the trial ends. A payment card is required to start the trial, and no payment is taken while it runs.

When the 24 hours are up, the trial becomes the paid membership you chose and that first payment is taken, unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any point during the trial from the billing page and nothing will be charged. The end time is shown to you before you start and again on the billing page.

Automatic top-ups

Automatic top-ups buy one credit pack for you, without asking again, each time your balance falls below 10 credits. The price of that pack and the balance that triggers it are shown to you before you agree, and again on the payment page. There is no monthly limit: it happens as often as your balance reaches that point, which means every pack has to be spent down to 10 credits before the next one is bought. Top-ups apply during a free trial as well, so a trial can lead to a charge before the trial itself converts.

When you start a membership, the option is offered with the box already ticked; you can untick it before you pay. However it was turned on, you can turn it off at any time from the billing page, and we will not change the pack price or the balance that triggers a top-up without asking you again. A failed or declined payment switches automatic top-ups off rather than retrying indefinitely.

Cancellation

You can cancel a membership at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for stays available until it ends. See our refund policy.

Availability and liability

Luvi is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that any particular generation will succeed; an AI provider can refuse or fail a request. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
